Former Murphys resident arrested for Pornography

   According to the Calaveras Sheriff, on June 19, 2015 detectives contacted Cameron Cisco in regards to an ongoing investigation regarding possession of child pornography.


   Investigation, evidence and statements revealed that Cameron Cisco was involved in downloading images of child pornography per the report.

   Detectives submitted a report to the Calaveras county District Attorney's Office and obtained a warrant for Cisco's arrest.

   On June 22, 2015 Cameron Cisco was arrested at his residence near Jamestown on charges of alleged 311.11 P.C. (Possession of Child Pornography) and he was booked in the Tuolumne County Jail pending transportation to the Calaveras County Jail.

   His bail was set at $15,000. Cameron Cisco was previously a resident of Murphys. Anyone with information relating to the case is asked to call the Calaveras county Investigations Unit at 754-6564.
