Bonnie Newman of Double Springs attends most Calaveras Supervisor meetings, and often promotes home care for those who need help.
At Tuesdays June 23, 2015 Board meeting, she spoke on a completely
different subject; about three Caltrans workers, who worked in asphalt, dying early deaths. Kudos to you Bonnie!! If that doesn't influence votes against the plant, nothing will.
Al Segalla, who supposedly represents the taxpayers, is in total favor of an asphalt plant on the Calaveras River in Rancho Calaveras. Of course, he lives in Copperopolis, nowhere near the river !!! Lucky Segalla!
