On May 31, 2015 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Rebecca Elaine Phillips (31) of West Point, at her residence on Main Street in West Point for alleged Battery with Serious Bodily Injury, a felony.
Phillips was booked into the Calaveras County Jail. It isn't yet clear if the two arrests, a day apart, are related, but we will ask the media officer today.
