UPDATE: Hwy 99 is now open all lanes.
UPDATE at 10:40 AM:| Lane #3 is expected to reopen by 11 AM.
UPDATE at 6:30 AM: CHP indicates lane #2 should be open in about a half hour, or at 7 AM.
June 3, 2015 at 5:30 AM: CHP and clean-up crews are still at the scene of an overturned big rig at Hwy 99 northbound near Jack Tone Road in Ripon. This occurred around 1 AM and is still blocking 2 lanes of northbound Hwy 99.
The trailer came apart, spilling tabasco and Palmolive soap all over the roadway. The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Avoid the area if you can.
