Al Segalla, who says he represents all taxpayers, got up during Calaveras Supervisors Public Comments on June 9, 2015 to praise Supervisor Kearney and the Calaveras Planning Director Maurer for putting Mr. Ford's ASPHALT plant on the river in Valley Springs. HUH???Kearney may be recalled due to his asphalt plant. He was supported by the Tea Party in the recent election.
Mr. Segalla perhaps needs to move next door to this wonderful asphalt plant project to prove he loves asphalt and that it's good for the rivers and all of the residents. Too bad he's not an elected official or we could put him in the DONKEY PEN!!
