Judge Thomas Smith finds Isaiah Fowler Guilty

In what was a totally misdirected and botched investigation by Calaveras Sheriff Gary Kuntz, the 12 year old brother of Leila Fowler of Valley Springs was finally arrested.

The crime scene had not been secured,
family members were allowed back in and Sheriff Kuntz appeared to spend more time in front of the TV cameras than investigating the case properly.

Nevertheless, in what is nearly always the case, where juveniles are not allowed to have a jury trial, the brother Isaiah was found guilty of the murder of his sister in a
San Andreas courtroom yesterday. He will likely be held until the age of 23 and then released.

There are still so many questions about this case; like why would he kill his sister, and why did the Calaveras Sheriff screw the case up so badly?

Why did the Calaveras District Attorney take so long to try this case, was it because of the mismanagement by the Sheriff? And did Judge Thomas Smith base his decision on a trip to the bathroom statement?

Speaking of DA what was the result of their investigation of the terrorist threat you published? All they had to do was trace the email, right? So did they get the person?

If you mean DA Yook, she's not about to investigate or allow an investigation into what her boyfriend or husband could be involved, the Candyrock shooters. Don't you get it? She does only what the Sheriff allows her to do. Come on, now people!

It's unlikely that an adult would have been convicted of this crime, regardless of guilt. Adults have more rights than children, like a jury trial and many other things.

Well now, there's no question that this county is corrupt from top to bottom. her husband is an employee of the Sheriff? And this threat came from people who shoot at that Candyrock place?
