If you have a weapon concealed, even with a carry permit, did you know it is a FELONY to expose it in a public place? This is scary!!
Why then, has a PTSD been allowed not only to have an illegal carry permit, but to expose the gun in public and NOT be charged? What kind of Sheriff do we have, anyway???
