On October 15, 2015 around 10:15 PM Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Frank Dallin Kohout (20) at his residence on Williams Street in Murphys.
Kohout was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Threatening a Crime with Intent to Terrorize, a felony, and for disorderly Conduct due to Alcohol and Resisting Arrest, both misdemeanors.
