October 16, 2015 at 8:35 AM: A black cow is reportedly out of the fence on Hwy 49 near San Domingo Creek between Angels Camp and San Andreas.
CHP has been notified to find the owner, so please don't tell the troll. She's a nice cow. Be extra cautious in that area.
