UPDATE: Hwy 49 re-opened around 5 PM. What a mess!
UPDATE: Hwy 49 is closed in both directions and is expected to be closed for at least 2 hours. Avoid the area. This is at the Stevenot Bridge.
A big rig tow truck is coming out of Lodi. An ambulance is en route.
November 12, 2015 at 2:20 PM: A full cement truck has rolled over on Hwy 49 at the Stanislaus River near New Melones.
Both lanes of the roadway is blocked, but the driver was able to get out of the vehicle.
