While nearly everyone reads our "Neighbors from Hell" series, it has been widely discussed as to whether anyone who fits the description could be sane.Sadly and like it or not, there is no dispute that anyone who even follows in one of the posted categories is deeply mentally ill.

Let's face it. No one in their right mind would ever start trouble with a neighbor intentionally!
And then there are those that are also IQ 25 who want trouble.
Some are fooling around with another spouse and want to cause problems for their current spouse, I think.
How come I just now see this? I think and truly believe that you have to be both nuts and have low IQ to be a criminal and get in bad with your next door neighbor--and especially if they own a publishing company, a newspaper, or a website. Are you kuku for cocopuffs???
I remember the rooster lady in D2. she used to dress up her 100 rooster, and if that isn't nutss, what Is?
One thing is for sure. If you make an enemy of a neighbor, you will suffer for it forever. Must be sick or the lowest IQ in the world.
