According to CHP, on November 12, 2015 at around 2:25 PM, Jeffrey Buchanan (49) of Soulsbyville was sitting on the rear bumper of a 2001 BMW while it was parked in a private driveway in Soulsbyville.
At this time, Laurel Young (46) of Soulsbyville backed her BMW backwards toward Oman Drive, colliding with Buchanan. Buchanan was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries (abrasions to hands and arms, pain to ribs and hip). Young was not injured.
