UPDATE at 9 AM: Fortunately injuries in this collision were minor, per CHP.
November 9, 2015 at 8:30 AM: A horseless carriage with a passenger was reportedly hit by a car at Ripon Road and Clinton South Avenue in Ripon.
Ripon Police Department and CHP are currently at the scene, checking for injuries. The car may have left the scene of the collision.
