On November 10, 2015 the CHP arrested Ledia Maria Hardy (35) address unknown, on Hwy 4 near Bear Valley.
Hardy was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Evading a Peace Office without regard to Public Safety, a felony and for Battery on a Peace Office during an emergency and Obstructing or Resisting Arrest, both misdemeanors.
