Garrett graduated from Bret Harte High School
and Northwest Lineman College in 2012.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a member of the Angels Camp Gun Club and the NRA.
Garrett was employed by MGE Underground and was a member of the IBEW Union.
He is survived by his parents Maureen and Tony Serra and Bruce and Karen Whittle; grandmother Donna Griffin; grandfather Loren Whittle; siblings Lindsay Wahlman
and Quinn Whittle.
He was predeceased by "PeePaw" Troy Griffin, grandmother Joann Whittle and his great-grandparents.
Garrett will never be forgotten and will be in our hearts forever.
Viewing will be on February 19, 2016 at Angels Camp Memorial Chapel in Angels Camp from 1 PM to 6 PM.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 5, 2016 at 1 PM at the Angels Gun Club.
Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
