Cow bucking at cars in Jamestown

   December 7, 2016 at 7:45 AM:  A black cow is reportedly on Jacksonville Road near Lulu Mine Road and bucking a vehicles in Jamestown.

     Be extra cautious until CHP can locate the owner and remove it from the roadway.
