At the April 3, 2018 Calaveras Candidates night in District 3, current Supervisor Oliveira complained about the lawsuits facing the county. We count 5, plus PG&E on the April 10, 2018 Closed Session agenda.
Oliveiras concern was about two. declaring Supervisors allegedly guilty of malfeasance, due to the bad budget deficit.
The current apppointed Sheriff DiBasilio spent all the cannabis money on cutting down plants, and got the county in trouble by attacking a legal cannabis grow.
Malfeasance is probably the least of the violations that Calaveras my very well lose in court! How will we pay for all this????
