According to the CHP report, on May 3, 2018 around 3:45 PM a Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Frank E. Shaw (62) of Tuolumne collided with a dirt embankment at Obyrnes Ferry Road and Duchess Drive in Copperopolis.
Shaw suffered major injuries and was taken to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto. He had been ejected from the Harley.
