There has been a lot of talk about adding another 15' setback, both for building
and for development, in addition to the current code requirements.
Muetterties, a supporter of Oliveira does not mention in his comments that this is technically INVERSE Condemnation of property owners; a way of government gaining control of your land with out having to BUY it!
