On August 8, 2019 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Randall Jay Nathan (75) of Sheep Ranch at his residence on
Fricot City Road.
Nathan was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Planting more than 6 cannabis plants, Possession of marijuana for sale, Keeping a place to sell controlled substances, Renting a place to sell Controlled Substances, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, all felonies.
Sidney Ann Weinstein was also arrested at that address on Fricot City Road and booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly five felony counts similar to Nathan's.
