On August 21, 2019 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested David Arthur Eastwood (20) of Douglas Flat on St. Charles Street
in San Andreas.
Eastwood was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Battery against a Peace Officer and Selling a Controlled Substance, both felonies and Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, Resisting an officer and Violation of Probation, all misdemeanors.
