Over decades society has debated the possibility that acute racism, and especially violent
racism, can be treated by a psychiatrist.
If you are a cop who beats up minority suspects in handcuffs in the back seat, then writes up lies about it, is there help for you?
It is still unclear, but at least they should try and help these sick SOB's.

Not sure if they decided it wasn't treatable or if Republicans blocked it because they are all.
