Another 20,000 acres burn in Dixie Fire

   UPDATE:  As of 9:50 AM the fire was again reflecting an increase; to 540,000 acres, 3000 acres more than earlier this morning. 

 As of 9 AM on August 14, 2021 the Dixie Fire had destroyed 537,000 acres. This is 20,000 more acres than
yesterday.

   Residents of Chester were blocked from returning to their homes yesterday because of spot fires in the area.  The fire is 31% contained.
