The Mokelumne Hill Community Historical Trust's 28th annual Turkey In A Barrel Dinner is slated for Saturday, November 17th in the newly restored Moke Hill Town Hall.
This is always a sellout event and starts with a social hour at 6:00 pm followed by dinner at 7:00 pm.
A rather special "ticket raffle" auction, cocktails and greeting friends starts the evening and ends with prizes announced at 8:00 pm.
This dinner has become a Moke Hill favorite with turkey and all the fixins, homemade desserts and neighbors you haven't seen for a while.
So, come bask in the warmth of this tradition of good food in good company.
Tickets prices: kids under 6 years old, $5.00, adults $15.00 and seniors $10.00. Buy your ticket at the Moke Hill library, Petroglyphe Gallery, Moke Hills Nuts or Mchale's Revival Shop. Remember, this popular event sells out early!
