Noise Ordinance Blows up in Their Faces

At Tuesday, September 26, 2012 Board of Supervisor meeting, the entire noise ordinance came back to bite the Supervisors, and especially Supervisor Callaway.

She had done what she thought was a clever way of exempting all noise from gunfire
from the noise ordinance by referring it to the weapons ordinance.

Now, since her constituents found out what she did, she is being forced to make the Sheriff come back with GUN noise rules, especially for target shooting.

The Planning Director and Captain Macedo of the Sheriff's Department warned the Supervisors that they must re-notice the Noise Ordinance publicly and that they will have an entirely different crowd in the room as it regards guns.

What was intended to be an ordinance to pick on Lake Tulloch Resort is now going to blow up into a full scale war on people who have absolutely no regard for what their noise causes others--SHOOTERS!!!

Callaway is not a happy camper!
