UPDATE: At 9:35 AM CHP is at the scene and a tow truck has been dispatched.
At 9:20 AM a caller told CHP was that a car that had been traveling at a high rate of speed has crashed at Lilac and Alder Streets in Arnold.
CHP is enroute to the scene. It is unknown at this time if there are injuries.
