The FOX News Channel announced that Sarah Palin, whose racist remarks caused a renewed backlash against the Tea Party, is no longer a contributor on the channel.
This is part of the revamping due to the re-election of President Obama, because of the lessening of any influence the Tea Party may have had.
The Tea Party has seen an obvious retreat of mainstream or moderate members of the public from membership or participation in Tea Party activities.
The majority of the American public is sickened by the racist tones used by Tea Party activists such as Palin, and are disassociating themsilves from it.
