McHatten, Angels Camp City Administrator, who we personally know does not care about the regular citizens or most businesses,
told the City Council to vote for the Water Plan that he wants, which does CEASE Greenhorn Creek Golf Course from taking a diversion of 170 acre feet of water a year.
This is even though the consultants had that listed on several of their suggestions. We are awaiting an answer from the City about how much the golf course pays for all this water.
