Gun Permits bill in Assembly

As was expected by the Sierra Sentinel, the California State Assembly is now trying to pass a bill to conceal from the public addresses and phone numbers of those who have concealed weapon carry permits.

The Calaveras Sheriff's Department informed up that it would take four months for them to get this list to us of those in Calaveras County. Is this about how long it might take for the bill to make its way through the legislature?

Two Republicans, Dan Logue and Allan Mansoor are the joint authors of proposed Assembly Bill 134.

What was the Sheriff Department's reason? They have to provide a legitimate reason.

mind your own business, those people aren't ones that need to be told to the public, they are not sex offenders , they don't need to be shown to the general public. if we are going to name all the people with ccw's in a paper or online its time to go back to "OPEN CARRY" THEN EVERY ONE CAN SEE"

this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. look at those back east.

These people listen to the NRA so much and are so afraid of everything that moves, they scare me more than the criminals out there. Even military mentally ill have these permits. They are the ones we fear. YOU ALL HAVE guns. We don't We are afraid of you!!!
