There is no question that without a CAO, more pressure will be placed on the 2013 Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chair Callaway.
With three new Supervisors coming on the board next week, and in actuality 4 rookie Supervisors, she's got her work cut out for her.
In some ways, she will most likely enjoy the fact that she can mold them the way she feels will get her votes on issues.
However, this is unprecedented in recent memory, that 4 Supervisors are inexpecienced and this could be a very interesting year.
