UPDATE: Road is clear as of 10 AM.
Two black sheep are reported to be out on the road at Hwy 12 and Evans Rd in Valley Springs at around 9:30 AM.
Party states that Animal Control had supposedly taken care of this problem weeks ago. CHP is enroute to the area. Use extra caution in that location.
