As often happens on holiday weekends, on May 23, 2013 trespassing was reported to the Calaveras Sheriff's Office on Wagner Road in Railroad Flat.
The landowner says the motorhome moved about 100' and then came back today with 5 tents along with the motorhome. There is no indication of a citation or arrest in this case.

Oh come on now! This is Calaveras County! Anyone can use anybody's property to do as they please! How rude for a property owner to exercise their property rights! We welcome all with open arms!! As long as our weekend warrior transients are taken care of, coddled, and held to lower standards than the Calveras County tax payer!
