Kathleen Galgiani, who had been lobbied by Goodwill Industries to put out a bill preventing for-
profit companies from putting out containers, is likely not making Goodwill happy today.
Galgiani has sidelined the bill and many say that's a good thing. They feel that Goodwill was trying to get rid of any and all competition with the bill.
This bill would give property owners the right to remove unwanted bins. Don't they have that right now?
