The parents of Leila Fowler have requested to make a prepared statement to the media and to the residents of Calaveras County.
A press conference will be held May 14, 2013 at 3:30 PM at the Valley Springs substation on Hwy 12.
This is an ongoing investigation and Calaveras Sheriff's Office officials will not be taking questions or providing information.
Information concerning this incident that can be released will be done so throught the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office website.
