Military Suicide still a crisis

Although the Pentagon has set up initiatives to slow its suicide crisis, a new Army report released May 23, 2013 shows the pace of self-inflicted deaths among soldiers -and all service members - has barely budged so far this year.

The record rate was set during 2012, and through April of 2013 the number is 161 potential suicides among active-duty troops, reservists and National Guard.
