At around 9:30 AM ET, all three Castro brothers appeared in court.
Pedro and Onil were released after paying fines on minor charges.
Their attorney stated that neither brother had anything to do with the kidnapping and rape charges.
Ariel Castro was charged with kidnapping and rape and the judge put $2 million bail on each case, meaning that he would have to pay $8 million to get out of jail on bail before trial.
Within 2 minutes, the hearing was over. Only Arial Castro was charged with anything related to the Amanda Berry and other women's kidnapping and rapes after 10 years in captivity.
Many are asking why no other charges were filed against Arial Castro, and questioned his defense attorney not properly defending him in the brief hearing.
