Traffic Hazard at Hwy 12 and Hwy 49

   5-3-13 at 1:31 PM:   CHP reports there is a light brown or gold car blocking one lane at Hwy 12 and Hwy 49 intersection in San Andreas.

  A man is out of his car, attempting to direct trafffic around vehicle.
