Well, as it turns out, she was actually the woman married to Robert Kardshian when he died. She is selling portions of his diary to the tabloids according to rumors.
His 4 children from his first marriage are suing her for trying to profit from the diary, which contains a slew of joicy personal information.
The Kids claim the diary was left to them in Robert's will, but Pearson claims that is not the case and it is rightfully hers.
She also denies hiding the diary from them, and is asking the judge to throw their suit out. Never a dull day in the life of a Kardashian.
