The next meeting of the Calaveras Board of Supervisors is June 25, 2013 at 8 AM. The first item of business is a Closed Session for existing litigation with The Resort at Lake Tulloch, LLC in Calaveras County Superior Court.
The Consent Agenda has 24 items, and you can bet some of them will be pulled by the audience members.
There is one consent item that approves the environmental and engineering services for replacement of the low-water crossings on singletree Drive for $640,000 and on Hogan Dam Road for $611,000 through December 31, 2016.
There is also a property damage settlement for $165,000 over a traffic accident on Obyrnes Ferry Road in 2010 for approval.
An extension of the contract for Roger Pitto as Surveyer for $37,000 through December of 2013 is also on the Consent Agenda.
