several times a day.
Are you a whisleblower? Do you have a camera? CCWD said that they are working on the sewer plant there. There was a lot of questioning about whether that was true. CCWD says call me if you don't see them moving around.
Emile from the Rusty Knife wants to know what warrants you getting $150,000 a year? He did not answer.
One woman asked when they will make the decision. He said that meeting is June 26, 2013 at 9 AM in San Andreas.
Again the public asked for the list of ratepayers under the California Public Records act or Freedom of Information Act. They refused again.

FOIA requests are to be in writing. These folks must not watch the BOS meetings. Too bad, they could learn a lot from people like Roosterman.
