On the White House website you can watch as the chefs in the kitchen prepare for a fancy State Dinner for France's President Francoise Hollande.
Very fascinating, if you like cooking for hundreds. Here's one photo of them using a paint sprayer to lightly coat the ganache. The bittersweet chocolate is from Hawaii, of course.
