On February 25, 2014 CHP arrested Katherine Elizabeth Sherman (35) of Rialto at Mark Twain Hospital for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony.
Sherman was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
Also arrested at Mark Twain Hospital was Joseph Otis Boehm (40) of Gilroy, for alleged Possession of a Narcotic Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance, felonies and Controlled Substance Paraphernalia and Possession of controlled Substance, misdemeanors.
Boehm was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
These two people were the ones involved in the early morning traffic accident with a telephone pole out by Frogtown.
