UPDATE: It was just reported that injuries in this accident are minor.
February 28, 2014: At 9:20 AM CHP is at the scene of a traffic accident between Carson Hill and the Melones Bridge on Hwy 49, where a car went over the bank.
An ambulance and tow truck have been dispatched.
