On June 8, 2015 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Tracy Winters Rogers (54) of Sheep Ranch, at the Sacramento County Jail for alleged Grand Theft over $950 and for Vehicle theft, both felonies, on warrants.
Rogers was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
