As we just heard a call for help with a person with possible heat exhaustion in Sonora, we want to remind everyone that we need to take extra precautions if heading out during the peak heat hours.
Carry water and wear a hat; and don't stay too long in the sun. Don't be a victim of the heat! Take care!
