UPDATE at 10 AM: Two CHP are now at the scene. The vehicle apparently hit a power pole and took out a transformer box before overturning into the canal. CHP indicates now that this is a minor injury collision.
June 14, 2015 at 9:50 AM: A car has overturned at Westside Boulevard and Weir Avenue in Livingston into the canal.
One witness stated there was someone still in the vehicle and that it was on fire. Emergency vehicles are responding, including an air ambulance.
