CCWD objects to ASPHALT plant near river

The Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) has filed a formal objection to the ASPALT plant which was approved by Supervisor Kearney and Planning Director Peter Maurer
for Calaveras County without allowing any Public Review.

Yes, it was kept a secret among them, and when Colleen Platt discovered it, she let us all, including the County Supervisors, know exactly how bad it would be.

As CCWD says in their objection, the plant could cause major pollution of an important river, which brings drinking water to thousands of people.

Supervisor Kearney is in the Donkey Pen as a result of his encouragement of this dangerous plant, owned by Ford Construction, the owner of which lives in Lodi.
