According to the Calaveras Sheriff's Office, the investigation into the disappearance of Mr. Mark Dantche is continuing.Mr. Dantche's cell phone was last used
in the area of Sheep Ranch Road in Murphys, rather than the area of Beardsley Reservoir.
Mr. Dantche was last known to be in contact with friends and relatives during the evening hours of May 30, 2015.
Mr. Dantche is a 45 year of white male with brown eyes and grey hair. He is about 5'9" tall and weighs about 190 lbs.
Mr. Dantche was last known to be driving a 1996 blue Subaru Wagon with 4 doors and a yellow kayak on top.
The license plate of the Subaru is 4YMF103. Detectives are investigating the circumstances of the disappearance and anyone with information is asked to call the Calaveras Sheriff"s office at 209-754-6500 or the anonymous tip line of 209-754-6030.

Mark Dantche was spotted and talked to off of pool station road by a local woman who is afraid to disclose due to him being wanted and a missing person. This is not a joke comment. This is a dangerous meth addict who is avoiding jail or prison time for many past felony counts against him. He is apparently in touch with his mother who lives in Murphys and who is helping keep him a fugitive. I was told this as it happened last weekend
Well if his mother is keeping him hidden...then they can both go to jail....all in good time....
