June 2, 2015 at 12 Noon: CHP just received a report that a vehicle is being pushed westbound on Hwy 12 in the Double Springs area.
CHP is responding; apparently cars are attempting to pass on the wrong side, a traffic hazard. Be cautious if in that area.
