Tree cutters thrown off property

Most people feel the same about the various utility companies use of tree company employees, who PG&E send out to cut our trees at their whim.

On June 15, 2015 on Latigo, off Pool Station, when the Trees, Inc. truck showed up without any notice, the resident of the property was rightfully upset and threw them off his land.

Of course, they called the Sheriff. Our property rights are GONE!!!

Most properties have a 15 feet easement on the perimeter of the property, a utility easement, for the maintenance, repair and protection of utilities from damage from trees, etc. It appears the easements are insufficient for the utility companies. Would it be easier if they just removed the offending trees? Then there would be no need for the utility company's subcontractors to trespass, outside of the easement, on private property.
